Commercial Project

Lotte Center Hanoi was the second tallest building in Vietnam at the time of its completion and has become a new landmark in Hanoi. Inspired by the "traditional Vietnamese Ao Dai," this 64-story twin tower is a complex featuring a shopping mall, offices, luxury serviced apartments, a 5-star hotel, a spa, and restaurants. For this project, the investor, Lotte, utilized dry construction methods with partition solutions designed to meet requirements for fire resistance, impact resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, heavy-item hanging capability, and elevator core walls.
