    In close connection with our mission to be the digital leader within the construction materials industry, Knauf is actively driving forward the digitalization of its procurement processes. We are following this mission with the implementation of our Knauf Supplier Portal. The platform enables us to unify all our procurement processes, providing suppliers and partners with everything they need to finish every job right.

    The Knauf Supplier Portal

    The Knauf Supplier Portal will help us to make our procurement processes and our communication to suppliers and partners simpler, more direct and faster. Long-term relationships with our suppliers make us who we are within procurement and form the decisive basis for our success. One of our core values is partnership. Consequently, this platform will be at the center of almost every process. Suppliers will benefit from increased transparency, enhanced document sharing and real-time communication.

    REGISTRATION PROCESS

    We have already started the onboarding to our Knauf Supplier Portal for our existing suppliers and partners. In the future, we will also open it to potential new suppliers. As an existing supplier you will receive an email invitation with a link to register to our new Knauf Supplier Portal. The registration process consists of two consecutive steps. The usage of the supplier portal is free of charge. Please find the respective supporting documents below for further explanation.     The Knauf Supplier Portal is a new digital platform for collecting supplier-related information.


    No, the use of the portal is free of charge for you.

    Please use your user credentials.


    The registration process must be done separately for each business entity, due to technical requirements.


    1. Close the internet browser, clear the cache, and delete the cookies

    Yes, additional contact persons can always be added in the system, where you can grant them access. We highly recommend maintaining more than one contact person.


    Review the certification tab and make sure that you fill in the validity dates and upload each confirmed certificate. Before continuing, please make sure to save the changes.
