Hospitality Project

Mandarin Oriental Bai Nom is a new resort with branded residences in Phu Yen province, one of Vietnam’s coastal regions of outstanding natural beauty. The project is scheduled to open in 2026 and will be the Group’s third property in Vietnam.

The architecture and design will incorporate many natural Vietnamese elements and local cultural references. 72 suites and villas, including 25 Residences at Mandarin Oriental, will spread out across the 29-hectare site. Guest accommodation will be located directly on the beach, and dotted through the hills, and feature private terraces and pools. The branded residences will house three to five guestrooms on expansive plots with private gardens, pools and terraces.
