Knauf’s innovative building solutions were carefully integrated to support the project’s sustainability goals and modern design. Fire Resistant 12.7mm Boards were strategically installed across key areas to ensure enhanced fire protection, while Glass-Mat added further protection measures in water-exposed zones. In high-humidity areas like the bathrooms and kitchens, Moisture Resistant Boards (12.7mm and 9mm) were applied to prevent moisture damage, promoting the longevity of the hotel’s spaces. Throughout the hotel’s interiors, Regular Boards (12.7mm and 9mm) offered a durable and flexible solution for walls and ceilings, supporting both short and long-term stays in the Wink Suites and guest rooms.
