Commercial Project

The Bitexco Financial Tower is a Grade A+ office building project constructed in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The estimated total investment for the project is around 300 million US dollars, with Bitexco Group as the investor. Standing at a height of 262 meters, all materials used for the project had to be lightweight to ensure structural feasibility. The load-bearing structure is made of steel, while the exterior is clad with glass, and the interior partitions are made of gypsum board.
