Environmental Permit of Knauf Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Ho Chi Minh City Factory

Pursuant to Point d, Clause 2, Article 47 of the Law on Environmental Protection No. 72/2020/QH14 issued on November 17, 2020, regarding the obligations of investment project owners and facilities granted environmental permits as follows:

2. Investment project owners and facilities granted environmental permits have the following obligations:

a) To fully and correctly implement the environmental protection requirements stated in the environmental permit. In case of any changes compared to the issued permit content, the permitting authority must be notified for consideration and resolution;

b) To pay the appraisal fees for the issuance, re-issuance, and adjustment of environmental permits;

c) To correctly implement the regulations on trial operation of wastewater treatment works of investment projects as prescribed in Article 46 of this Law;

d) To be responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the application dossier for the environmental permit;

e) To publicly disclose the environmental permit, except for information classified as state secrets or business secrets according to the provisions of law;

f) To provide relevant information as requested by state environmental management agencies during inspections and examinations;

g) Other obligations as prescribed by law."

Knauf Vietnam Co., Ltd., with the project implementation address at Lots B3a, B3a-1, B3b-1, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, has been granted Environmental Permit No. 08/GPMT-BQL dated March 24, 2023, by the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority. Knauf Vietnam Co., Ltd. hereby publicly discloses the Environmental Permit in accordance with regulations, and this serves as the legal basis for the company to implement and comply with environmental protection regulations. Knauf Vietnam Co., Ltd. commits to always comply with and maintain the effective operation of environmental protection facilities.
