Public Disclosure of Environmental Monitoring Reports

Pursuant to Article 102 of Decree 08/2022/NĐ-CP, issued on January 10, 2022, regarding the Public Disclosure of Environmental Information:

Investment project owners, establishments, and infrastructure developers/operators of concentrated production, business, and service areas, industrial clusters, subject to automatic and continuous monitoring of wastewater, dust, and industrial exhaust gases, or periodic monitoring of wastewater, dust, and industrial exhaust gases, shall publicly disclose monitoring results in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection as follows:

b) Publicly disclose the waste monitoring report slips from the most recent monitoring period on the website of the investment project owner, establishment, or infrastructure developer/operator of the concentrated production, business, service area, or industrial cluster, or publicly display them on an electronic bulletin board located at the project or establishment gate. The disclosure deadline is no later than 10 days after receiving the periodic waste monitoring results, until the time of public disclosure of new periodic monitoring results as regulated.
