4. APPLICABLE PARTICIPANTS
Gypsum contractors/Applicators.

The program does not apply to project orders.
Special Note: The accumulated points for the Ultra MoistShield moisture-resistant panels will be multiplied by 2.
6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The “Quet ma tha ga - Kho qua bao la” program was created to strengthen the bond between Knauf and our partner customers, especially gypsum contractors/workers. It's a new platform for our contractor customers to purchase and install Knauf products and accumulate reward points to redeem attractive gifts from Knauf's prize pool.
How to participate in the program:
- Step 1: Access "Knauf Việt Nam" on Zalo.
- Step 2: Register as a Knauf member through the "Gypsum Contractor" portal.
- Step 3: Purchase and install Knauf products included in the program:
- For UltraLight & Xtra C products: Contractors receive the QR code stickers directly from the dealership.
- For Ultra MoistShield panels: The QR code sticker is affixed to the product packaging.
- Step 4: Access "Knauf Việt Nam" on Zalo, remove the sticker, and scan the QR code on the back.
- Step 5: Accumulate points and redeem gifts.

7. REDEMPTION METHOD
Upon successful prize redemption, the system will ask customers to provide personal information such as their full name, phone number, and address. Customers must provide accurate information to Knauf so the gifts can be delivered to the correct address.
Knauf will send the gifts to customers based on the information provided, after summing up the number of redemptions per period.
8. GENERAL REGULATIONS
- Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event that a prize cannot be awarded as planned due to objective reasons, KNAUF Vietnam will replace it with another prize of equivalent value.
- KNAUF reserves the right to use customer information and program-related information for communication purposes.
- KNAUF reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any complaints related to prize redemption.
