The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) completed the construction of Uptown Plaza in 2023, a mixed-use development in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers Free Zone (JLT). Spanning 495,000 m², this significant project represents an investment of USD 400 million. The building features high-quality Knauf Ceilings, designed to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. To ensure durability and performance, Moisture Resistance Boards, Regular Boards, Joint Fillers, and Metal Profiles were used throughout the construction. These materials provided the necessary support and finish for the building's diverse spaces. Uptown Plaza stands as a modern, multi-functional landmark in the heart of JLT.
