In 2024, the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), through its subsidiary Ithra Dubai, completed the construction of the One Zaabeel mixed-use complex in Zaabeel First. This landmark development features a blend of residential, commercial, and leisure spaces, requiring advanced construction solutions to meet stringent performance standards. The project included fire-rated walls, acoustic walls, shaft walls, impact-resistant structures, and ceilings. To achieve these specifications, a variety of high-performance materials were used, including Fire, Moisture, and Impact Resistance Boards, Pro HD Boards, Coreboards, Aquapanel, Regular Boards, Joint Fillers, and Metal Profiles. These products were carefully selected to ensure the durability, safety, and acoustic quality of the complex.
