Nakheel Properties (Nakheel) has developed The Circle Mall in Jumeirah Village, Dubai, with construction completed in 2023. The mall features a Cinepolis Cinema Theater as one of its key attractions. The project required the implementation of fire-rated walls and mass barrier ceilings to meet safety standards. To achieve the desired level of fire and moisture resistance, Fire and Moisture Resistance Boards were utilized. Additionally, Regular Boards and Metal Profiles were incorporated to support the overall structure and acoustic needs. The comprehensive use of these materials ensured that the cinema and other areas of the mall adhered to strict safety and performance specifications.
