Emirates Specialty Hospital, located in Dubai Healthcare City, is a 90-bed multi-specialty facility providing a comprehensive range of services across various fields of modern medicine. Completed in 2022, the hospital was built to meet stringent requirements, including 120-minute fire resistance, Rw 54 dB acoustic performance, and impact resistance. To achieve these standards, the construction utilized Fire and Moisture Resistant Boards, Safeboards, Coreboards, and Regular Boards. These materials ensure the safety, durability, and comfort of the hospital environment, crucial for delivering high-quality healthcare.
