The Saudi German Hospital in Mirdif, Dubai, is undergoing a significant Phase Two expansion, spearheaded by Middle East Healthcare Co., with an investment of USD 50 million. Completed in 2022, this project demands high standards, including a 120-minute fire rating, superior acoustics, and robust solutions for shaft walls, ceilings, and mold resistance. To meet these rigorous requirements, the construction utilizes Fire, Moisture, and Impact Resistant Boards, Safeboards, Coreboards, and Regular Boards. These materials are essential in ensuring the safety, durability, and comfort of the healthcare environment. The expansion aims to enhance the hospital’s capacity to provide top-tier medical services while maintaining stringent safety standards.
