In 2021, Wasl Asset Management Group (Wasl) completed the construction of the Hampton Hotel & Residential Building in Dubai. This project combined hospitality and residential spaces, requiring high-quality construction to meet both safety and comfort standards. The building featured fire-rated walls, acoustic solutions, shaft walls, and specialized flooring to ensure a secure and pleasant environment for residents and guests. To achieve these requirements, Fire and Moisture Resistance Boards, Coreboards, Regular Boards, Joint Fillers, and Metal Profiles were used throughout the construction. These materials provided the necessary fire resistance, acoustic control, and structural integrity. The Hampton Hotel & Residential Building now offers a blend of luxury living and hotel services in Dubai.
