Hotel Projects

In 2021, SLS Hotels (SLS), a subsidiary of SBE, completed the construction of a luxurious hotel and hotel apartment tower in Business Bay, Dubai, with an investment of USD 200 million. The project required high-quality construction solutions, particularly for the ceilings and external facades, to meet the luxury standards expected in such a development. Aquapanel and Access Panels were used extensively to ensure durability and resistance to moisture in these critical areas. Regular Boards, Joint Fillers, and Metal Profiles were also employed to provide structural integrity and a seamless finish. These materials were carefully selected to create a sophisticated and resilient environment. The SLS Hotel tower now offers premium accommodations in one of Dubai's most vibrant districts.
