In 2021, Nshama Development (ND) completed the construction of the 4-star Vida Hotel in Umm Al-Quwain, a project valued at USD 22 million. The hotel was designed to meet high standards of safety, durability, and comfort, featuring fire-rated walls, acoustic solutions, and impact-resistant structures. Pro HD Boards and Moisture Resistance Boards were used to fulfill these stringent requirements, ensuring both the safety and longevity of the building. Joint Fillers and Metal Profiles were also incorporated to provide structural support and a flawless finish. The combination of these materials has created a robust and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests. The Vida Hotel now stands as a premier destination, offering luxury accommodations in Umm Al-Quwain.
