DANOTILE Xtra A S24 12.5mm is a hygiene gypsum ceiling tile for environments with strict requirements for cleaning, infection control and fire resistance. Installed in an exposed 24mm T-grid system with a straight cut edge detail, it provides a clean, uniform ceiling appearance. The fully demountable system allows easy access to the ceiling void for maintenance and services. The foil-covered surface with pre-impregnated non-toxic white paper enables the use of strong cleaning and disinfection agents with pH values from 2 to 13, ensuring reliable hygiene performance under demanding conditions. The smooth, non-perforated surface is easy to clean, resistant to staining during installation and designed to withstand condensation. The bright white surface (RAL 9016) offers high light reflectance, contributing to well-lit hygienic interiors. Classified for cleanroom applications according to ISO 14644-1 and compliant with stringent hygiene standards, the ceiling is suitable for controlled environments. The system also provides certified fire resistance up to 60 minutes for fire-rated constructions.
