Description & Details
Knauf GB-WRTX Board is a Fire and Water Resistant Gypsum Board that offers improved fire protection when used as part of a complete Knauf system when used in wet and humid areas. Knauf GB-WRTX Board is made from an aerated gypsum core with water-repellent and glass fiber additives, and has premium paper liners on each side of the board. Available in Tapered Edge and Square Edge. The board is ideally suited to receive Knauf jointing finishes before decoration. Complies with ASTM C1396-17: Standard Specification for Gypsum Board, and ASTM E84: Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.
