FAST AND EFFIECIENT DIRECT BOND WALL LINING
Offering a rapid and space-saving solution for masonry backgrounds, the Knauf KW611 direct bond wall lining system utilizes Knauf Plasterboard Adhesive to fix a single layer of gypsum board directly to the wall. This traditional "dot and dab" method maximizes room space by minimizing the overall system footprint while delivering a clean, flat surface ready for immediate finishing.
It is used to dryline internal brick, block, or concrete walls quickly and cost-effectively without the need for a metal sub-frame. By applying the specially formulated adhesive in dots and dabs, the system can easily bridge minor background surface irregularities to ensure a plumb finish. This direct adhesive fixing method eliminates the time and materials associated with framing, making it a highly efficient choice for residential and commercial refurbishments where internal space is at a premium and large service cavities are not required.
