Knauf KWD 623 lines masonry, concrete and blockwork with a slim, braced metal sub-frame, concealing services and insulation while delivering a flat, plumb, finish-ready surface up to 10m tall.
Rather than suspending the frame from a soffit or building it from the floor up independently, the vertical furring channels are braced directly back to the background wall at regular intervals using Knauf universal brackets. The system creates a void between the board face and the background wall, accommodating wall irregularities, thermal insulation, and services, while delivering a flat, plumb, and finishable surface.
