Description: The Exchange TRX is a dynamic shopping mall within the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) development in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It offers a diverse mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options, including first-in-Malaysia brands and a variety of restaurants and cafes. A standout feature is its 10-acre rooftop public park, providing a green space for relaxation and community events. Strategically located next to the Bukit Bintang shopping district, The Exchange TRX aims to be the city’s new lifestyle epicentre, blending shopping, dining, and leisure in one vibrant location.

Challenges: The TRX Mall project, undertaken during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, presented significant challenges, particularly due to an unforeseen escalation in material and operational costs. Despite these hurdles, our team demonstrated exceptional resilience and strategic acumen.

Solutions: Fire rated drywall with Knauf Sheetrock Firestop, Interior Ceiling with Knauf Sheetrock Unispan, Interior Ceiling with Knauf Sheetrock Wetstop and Interior Drywall with Knauf Sheetrock StandardCORE.
