In moisture-prone zones like bathrooms, kitchens, and service areas, the Moisture Resistant Board (12.7mm, 9mm) was applied to safeguard against water damage, extending the building's lifespan.

Across the building’s interior walls and ceilings, the Regular Board (12.7mm, 9mm) was chosen for its durability and versatility, ensuring effective use of materials and optimizing cost-efficiency in construction. The Ceiling Battern & Channel, Stud & Track Systems were deployed to provide robust structural support, ensuring precise alignment and stability for both ceilings and partition walls, essential for the long-term integrity of the structure.

We also utilized EasyJoint90 Jointing Compound Powder to guarantee secure installations and seamless joints, playing a key role in achieving flawless finishes and ensuring that the project met the highest standards of workmanship and sustainability.
