AQUAPANEL Board Primer is a ready-to-use synthetic emulsion designed to prime AQUAPANEL Cement Board for indoor ceilings, walls, and floors, ensuring optimal adhesion for tiles and plasters.
- Acts as a bonding primer for smooth or non-absorbent backgrounds (old tiles, mastic asphalt, etc.)
- Offers a high level of adhesion for tiles and plaster
- Acts as a highly effective moisture barrier for timber and wood product subsurfaces before applying screed compounds, tile adhesive, etc
- Acts as a primer for strongly-absorbent surfaces (brick, porous concrete etc.)
- Can be used for almost non-porous trowelled layers, minimises air bubbles coming through from the subsurfaces
