If you want to get access to myKnauf Orders, either enter your customer ID in your myKnauf account or reach out to your known contact to get a direct invitation for myKnaufOrders.

myKnauf Orders provides an overview of your orders at Knauf. You can access order and delivery details and download related documents. To receive updates on your orders, subscribe to email notifications for delivery date changes.

There could be multiple reasons. Please check one after another:

  • You did not add a customer ID to your user account: https://account.knauf.com/contact
  • Your company admin did not yet approve your user request. Please reach out to them.

Let them register on knauf.com and add their customer ID. If you are your company's admin, you can approve their request in your account section. You can assign different roles to limit their access.

Tracking may not be available because not all trucks are equipped with systems that support live tracking. We are working on it to improve tracking availability for all orders.
