A Bespoke Acoustic Solution for a Global Headquarters

A global mining and resources company's Westminster headquarters in London now features a custom-designed acoustic ceiling, bringing a warm and sophisticated feel to its office spaces.

This project, a collaboration between Hassell Design and ISG, showcases a unique application of bespoke wood panels.

The installation features custom Wood SL2 with Board edges in Light Oak. These panels incorporate a custom Rg 8020 perforation pattern and special border widths, all suspended by a black Bandraster system. The combination was specifically chosen to achieve a visual aesthetic from some of our international projects that had initially captured the client's interest.

The project wasn't without its challenges, primarily due to the wood panels' need for acclimatisation to the site conditions. The successful replication of the desired aesthetic speaks to the dedication involved.
