KNAUF INSULATION CONCLUDE DEAL TO ACQUIRE PILKINGTON ARCHITECTURE SITE

On Friday 25th November, Knauf Insulation concluded the deal to acquire the Pilkington Architectural site from NSG Group in St Helens.

This is the first step in a series of investments totaling over £45m, to boost capacity by 30,000 tonnes and further improve the performance and sustainability of Knauf Insulation's products. Adjacent to the glass mineral wool plant in St Helens and covering around 7 hectares, the site will provide additional storage space and facilitate an optimised logistics model in advance of the upcoming expansion project.
